It is the policy of Providio Trading Consultants, Inc. (Providio) to not disclose at any time, under any circumstances, to any third party any nonpublic information regarding any Providio client or former client.
When you apply for or maintain an account with Providio, we collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as evaluating your financial needs, processing your requests and transactions, informing you about products and services that may be of interest to you, and providing customer service.
The personal information we collect about you includes:
information you provide to us on applications and other forms, such as your name, address,
date of birth, social security number, occupation, assets, and income;
information about your transactions with us and with our affiliates;
information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as your credit history and creditworthiness, and other entities not affiliated with Providio;
information you provide to us to verify your identity, such as a passport, or received from
other entities not affiliated with Providio.
Further, it is the policy of Providio to not disclose to any third party the name of any current or former Providio client. If a third party discovers that a client is doing business with Providio, it will be because
the client has disclosed that fact to the third party. Any exceptions to this policy will require explicit approval of the client involved and must be approved by the President of Providio, Greg Parks.
The Providio policy is absolute and as such does not require an 'opt out' provision.
Providio clients are subject to the privacy policies of the Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), carrying
the client accounts. A copy of the policy is available upon request.
